  • How does EOR work?

You will either have an idea of what you would like to achieve using resource from the Philippines or you already have a person in mind. Either case, we will work with your resource and ensure the person has the right to work, KYC and work with the banks / government agencies ready to be compliantly paid by us.

  • Who is responsible for the payment of taxes?

This depends wholly on the way you will engage with JustPayroll. In the simplest model, your workers become employees of our PEO and we will therefore be responsible for the payment of salary and taxation. If you employ the workers, this will shift to you and JustPayroll becomes your agent.

  • Can I do it myself?
